Upon Bankruptcy. Either GelTex or Sankyo may terminate this Agreement upon the bankruptcy, insolvency, dissolution or winding-up of the other Party, except in the case of a petition in bankruptcy filed involuntarily against a Party, if such petition is dismissed within sixty (60) days of the date of its filing.
