Common use of Unused Sick Leave Credits Clause in Contracts

Unused Sick Leave Credits. 148 A laid-off employee whose recall rights have expired and who is not otherwise eligible for payout of accrued sick leave under Paragraph 289 and 291 of this Agreement may receive partial pay ment for unused sick leave credits according to the schedule below.
