Unscheduled Changes. We also have the right to, and hereby notify you that we may, change the provisions of the Merchant Regulations in separate unscheduled releases, which generally shall take effect ten days after notice to you (unless another effective date is specified in the notice).

Unscheduled Changes. We also have the right to, and hereby notify you that we may, change the provisions of the Merchant Operating Manual in separate unscheduled releases, which generally shall take effect thirty days after notice to you (unless another effective date is specified in the notice).
Unscheduled Changes. Contractor also has the right to, and hereby notifies Authorized User that Contractor may, change the provisions of the Merchant Regulations in separate unscheduled releases, which generally shall take effect ten days after notice to Authorized User (unless another effective date is specified in the notice). Contractor shall provide an electronic copy of each scheduled and unscheduled change to OGS via electronic e-mail within thirty (30) days of the applicable release. Any unscheduled changes which are mandated by law shall take effect as set forth in subsection (2) above of this section 10. Except for unscheduled changes which are mandated by law, OGS agrees to notify Contractor if OGS, or an Authorized User, objects to any of the applicable changes within 60 days of OGS’s receipt of the applicable release, or such other time as the Parties may agree to in writing. If the Parties cannot reach an agreement with respect to any such changes prior to the effective date of such changes, or some other time mutually agreed upon by the Parties, then: (i) the Authorized User may terminate its Work Order Form; or (ii) OGS may terminate the Agreement. Any such termination shall take effect as of the effective date of the applicable changes. In the event that OGS, or Authorized User, does not object to the changes, or if OGS or Authorized User raises an objection, but does not exercise its termination rights under this section 10, then such changes shall apply to this Agreement as of the effective date of such change.

  • Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. After receiving a Service Change Notice, if the change is material, you may terminate Service by giving us a termination notice at the address indicated in Section 22 or you may create a case at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx.xxxx (follow the instructions under “how to create a case”).

  • NETWORK CHANGES 3.1. Sprint shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with §§ 51.325 through 51.335 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Sprint may discontinue any interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. Sprint agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers, which may result from such discontinuance of service.

  • Product Changes Vocera shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, without liability to End User, to update to provide new functionality or otherwise change the design of any Product or to discontinue the manufacture or sale of any Product. Vocera shall notify End User at least 90 days prior to the delivery of any Product which incorporates a change that adversely affects form, fit or function (“Material Change”). Vocera shall also notify End User at least 90 days prior to the discontinuance of manufacture of any Product. Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practical for changes associated with regulatory or health and safety issues.

  • SCOPE CHANGES The Commissioner reserves the right to require, by written order, changes to the scope of the Contract, by altering, adding to or deducting from the Bid Specifications, such changes to be within the general scope of the Contract. If any such change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of, or the time required for, performance of any part of the work under the Contract, whether or not changed by the order, the Commissioner shall, upon notice from Contractor as hereafter stated, make an equitable adjustment in the Contract price, the delivery schedule or both and shall modify the Contract. The Contractor must assert its right to an adjustment under this clause within thirty days from the date of receipt of the written order. However, if the Commissioner decides that the facts justify it, the Commissioner may provide an adjustment without receipt of a proposal. Failure to agree to any adjustment shall be a dispute under the Disputes clause, provided, however, that nothing in this clause shall excuse the Contractor from proceeding with the Contract as changed.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Housing.

  • Fee Changes On each anniversary date of this Agreement (determined from the “Effective Date” for each Fund as set forth on Appendix IV), the base and/or minimum fees enumerated in Appendix IV attached hereto, may be increased by the change in the Consumer Price Index for the Northeast region (the “CPI”) for the twelve-month period ending with the month preceding such annual anniversary date. Any CPI increases not charged in any given year may be included in prospective CPI fee increases in future years. GFS Agrees to provide the Board prior written notice of any CPI increase.

  • Classification Changes When the University determines that a revision of a class specification for positions covered by this agreement is needed, and such revision affects the collective bargaining unit designation, the University shall notify AFSCME in writing of the proposed change. AFSCME shall notify the University, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the proposed changes, of any comments it has concerning the proposed changes or of its desire to discuss the proposed changes.
