Scope Changes definition

Scope Changes means Design Scope Changes, Transition Scope Changes and/or Pilot Scope Changes.
Scope Changes. Any changes in the scope of work after this Agreement has been signed must be submitted in writing by the Client. Both parties will mutually agree on the time and cost implications of the requested changes.
Scope Changes means any changes to the Drawings which either (a) increase the Rentable Area of the Building to an amount which exceeds 327,400 square feet of Rentable Area or (b) increase the number of parking spaces in the Parking Garage to an amount that exceeds 1,219 parking spaces such that a change to the structure of the Parking Garage is necessary to accommodate such increase.

Examples of Scope Changes in a sentence

  • Supplier shall submit to Purchaser a draft Change Order outlining, with reasonable specificity, the requested Scope Changes within ten (10) Business Days after the Notice of Intention is delivered to Purchaser.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Supplier shall not be obligated to proceed with any Scope Changes requested by Purchaser unless and until a Change Order is executed by the Parties in relation to such change.

  • If Purchaser agrees with Supplier’s proposal, Purchaser and Supplier shall execute a Change Order reflecting the requested Scope Changes and proposed adjustments, if any, in the Purchase Price and the Delivery Schedule or Completion Schedule.

  • If Purchaser so desires to request Scope Changes, it shall submit a change request to Supplier in writing.

  • Purchaser may request Scope Changes within the general scope of this Agreement consisting of additions, deletions, or other revisions.

  • Such approved and executed Scope Change(s) shall become a binding part of the Project Plan, and by reference, the Agreement.

  • Except for Buyer’s failure to make payments required under this Agreement, including for Scope Changes, to resolve other claims of Siemens within a reasonable time period after learning of such claims, or as permitted pursuant to Section 13.1, Siemens shall not directly or indirectly create, incur, assume or suffer to be created by any Siemens Party any claim, Lien, charge or encumbrance on the Project Site, any Equipment, or any part thereof.

  • Contractor shall provide cost, schedule and performance level guarantee impacts to Owner for Scope Changes proposed by Owner, including furnishing to Owner a statement, setting forth in detail, a breakdown by trades and work classifications.

More Definitions of Scope Changes

Scope Changes means any change to a previously executed SOW.
Scope Changes means a material addition to, deletion from, or other modification to, the quality, function or scope of the Turbine Generator Units as delineated in the Scope of Work, or a material change to the requirements of this Agreement, but shall not include Seller's correction of the Work from time to time pursuant to the Scope of Work or Seller's warranties.
Scope Changes. If changes in project scope occur and such additional scope and associated costs go beyond or below those contemplated as part of the development and implementation of the System in this Agreement, Provider will provide reasonable documentation demonstrating the direct and actual time and materials costs relating to such associated costs, and, within 30 days of receipt of notice from Provider reasonably substantiating the associated costs, Purchaser will provide written notice to Provider of Purchaser’s election of one of the following options:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the Initial Improvements only, those Scope Changes requested by Tenant as aforesaid that have a Change Order Cost (as hereafter defined) (i) not in excess of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for any single Change Order, or (ii) not in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in the aggregate for all Change Orders shall be performed by Landlord and Contractor at no additional charge or expense to Tenant.

  • Conforming Changes means, with respect to either the use or administration of Term SOFR or the use, administration, adoption or implementation of any Benchmark Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of “Base Rate,” the definition of “Business Day,” the definition of “U.S. Government Securities Business Day,” the definition of “Interest Period” or any similar or analogous definition (or the addition of a concept of “interest period”), timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, timing of borrowing requests or prepayment, conversion or continuation notices, the applicability and length of lookback periods, the applicability of Section 3.05 and other technical, administrative or operational matters) that the Administrative Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption and implementation of any such rate or to permit the use and administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Administrative Agent determines that no market practice for the administration of any such rate exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent decides is reasonably necessary in connection with the administration of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents).

  • Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes means, with respect to any Benchmark Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of “Base Rate,” the definition of “Business Day,” the definition of “Interest Period,” timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, timing of borrowing requests or prepayment, conversion or continuation notices, the applicability and length of lookback periods, the applicability of breakage provisions, and other technical, administrative or operational matters) that the Administrative Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption and implementation of such Benchmark Replacement and to permit the administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Administrative Agent determines that no market practice for the administration of such Benchmark Replacement exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent decides is reasonably necessary in connection with the administration of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents).
