Unsafe or Hazardous Conditions. Bargaining unit members shall not be required to work under unsafe or hazardous conditions or to perform tasks which endanger their health, safety or well-being. The Employer shall provide adequate rest areas, lounges and restrooms for bargaining unit members use. Facilities existing at the time of ratification of this Agreement are considered to be adequate.
