Common use of University’s Representative Clause in Contracts

University’s Representative. The term "University’s Representative" shall mean the person or entity providing University’s Representative services as indicated in the Contract Documents including, but not limited to, issuance of written communications with the Contractor.

University’s Representative. The term "University’s 's Representative" shall mean the person or entity providing University’s 's Representative services as indicated in the Contract Documents including, but not limited to, issuance of written communications with the Design Professional pursuant to Paragraph 4.1, and with the Contractor. Other capitalized terms used in this Agreement, and not defined herein, shall have the meanings given or ascribed to them in the Contract Documents.
