Common use of UNIVERSITY RESOURCES Clause in Contracts

UNIVERSITY RESOURCES. University agrees to use good faith efforts to provide or obtain the resources for the Research Project as specified in the Project Specification (the “University Resources”). In the event such University Resources cannot be provided or obtained during the course of the Research Project, the principal investigator will promptly notify SAIT to discuss the impact on the Research Project.
