Common use of Unit Clause in Contracts

Unit. The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive and sole representative for collective negotiation concerning grievances and terms and conditions of employment for all certified personnel whether under contract, on leave or employed by the Board, such personnel being specifically identified as follows: Secretary, all senior titles.

Unit. Maintenance Personnel 2. Maintenance/Drivers 3. Custodians 4. The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive and sole representative for collective negotiation concerning grievances and negotiations governing terms and conditions of employment for all contracted, certified, and non certified personnel whether under contract, on leave or principals and supervisors employed by the Board, such personnel being specifically identified as follows: Secretaryincluding, all senior titlesprincipal, building and grounds supervisor and curriculum coordinator employed by the Board, but excluding superintendent, board secretary/business administrator and any managerial employees.

Unit. Unit. The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive and sole representative for collective negotiation concerning grievances and terms and conditions of employment for all certified personnel teachers, assistants (instructional, media, lunch/recess), secretaries (except the Superintendent’s Secretary), cafeteria staff (cafeteria worker, cafeteria cashier/worker) and custodians whether under contract, on leave leave, employed or employed upon employment by the Board, such personnel being specifically identified as follows: Secretaryall full and part-time employees, excluding all senior titlessupervisory employees within the meaning of the PERC Act.

The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive and sole representative representatives for collective negotiation negotiations concerning grievances and terms and conditions of employment for supportive staff personnel including all certified regular (full and part-time) bus drivers, custodians, maintenance personnel whether under contract, on leave or employed by the Board, such personnel being specifically identified as follows: Secretary, or on approved leave excluding the transportation supervisors and all senior titlesother employees in other job classifications.

The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive and sole representative for collective negotiation negotiations concerning grievances and terms and conditions of employment for for: 1) all full-time, degree holding, permanently and provisionally certified personnel whether under contract, on leave or teachers and nurses regularly employed by the Board; and 2) for all full-time and non-certified personnel regularly employed by the Board excluding, such personnel being specifically identified as follows: Secretaryhowever, the Principal, Assistant Principal, the head custodian and all senior titlesother supervisory employees of the Board.
