Common use of Unit Information Clause in Contracts

Unit Information. Management will provide the Union each thirty (30) calendar days with a list of employees in alphabetical order, their employee numbers, class titles and department, office or bureau, as well as division if such information is available. In addition, a listing by class title of employees in order of hire date in class shall be provided within six months from the effective date of this MOU and each ninety (90) days thereafter. Home addresses shall be provided each ninety (90) days.
