Director of each nursing unit (ED, Critical Care, Acute Care, First 3 Impressions, Endoscopy, Recovery, Same Day SurgeryCare, Surgery, mPower) 4 that uses float nurses will develop a practical topical list of nursing duties 5 generally expected of nurses working in that unit. Written guidelines on charting 6 expectations will be available for floated nurses.
