Unit Clarification. Section 1. Any dispute concerning bargaining unit composition shall be resolved by the Employment Relations Board. Section 2. Upon excluding any positions from the bargaining unit the Labor Relations Unit shall send formal written notice of the exclusion(s) including a list of the exclusion(s) and position descriptions to the Union. Those positions questioned by the Union shall be discussed with the Employer within ten (10) days from the date of formal written notification.
