Effect Upon Board Rules Clause Samples
The "Effect Upon Board Rules" clause defines how the terms of an agreement interact with the existing rules or regulations established by a governing board. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the agreement will override, supplement, or be subject to the board's current rules. For example, it may state that if there is a conflict between the agreement and board rules, the agreement will take precedence, or vice versa. The core function of this clause is to prevent ambiguity and potential disputes by clearly establishing the hierarchy between contractual terms and board regulations.
