Common use of Unit A Clause in Contracts

Unit A. The Board of Trustees confirms its recognition of the Association as the exclusive representative, pursuant to the ▇▇▇▇▇ Act, for that unit of employees recognized by the Board defined in Appendix F. 2.1.1 Positions excluded from the bargaining unit shall include, but are not limited to those listed in Appendix F. 2.1.2 Any position classifications not described in Appendix F which are created after the date of the execution of this Agreement shall not be included in the unit identified in Appendix F except by mutual agreement of the parties hereto, provided however, that where the parties cannot mutually agree, either party may petition the Public Employment Relations Board for review and final decision. 2.1.3 Unit members as used in this Agreement shall mean those employees represented by the Association as defined in Appendix F.
