UNION SECURITY DUES. 3.01 Neither the Employer nor the Union will compel employees to join the Union or discriminate against any employee because of Union membership or lack of it. The Employer will inform all new employees of the contractual relationship between the Employer and the Union. Normally during orientation training a new employee will be referred by the Employer to a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in order to give the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ an opportunity to describe the Union's purposes and representation policies to the new employee. 3.02 a. The Union agrees that it shall make membership in the Union available to all employees covered by this Agreement.
