Common use of Union Representative Access Clause in Contracts

Union Representative Access. The designated Union Representative shall have access to non‐patient areas of the Employer at reasonable times during working hours to conduct Union business related to the administration of the Agreement after first informing Human Resources provided the visit is neither disruptive nor interferes with the required work of the area.

Union Representative Access.
