Union Representative Access. 9.1. The duly authorized representative of the Union may visit Employer’s nursing home premises and may confer with the employees of Employer thereat, provided such visitation does not interfere with the proper conduct of employees’ duties and care of the patients or residents. 9.2. Union representative will be permitted to attend New Employee Orientation for fifteen (15) minutes upon mutually agreed upon times and dates.
