Union Notification Obligations. The Union will make deduction authorization forms signed by Union members available to OHSU. The Union will also notify the university periodically of individuals who have authorized deductions or whose authorization has been cancelled or terminated consistent with the agreement(s) between the Union and Union member. The Union shall also provide OHSU and Human Resources thirty (30) days' advance notice of a change in the amount of dues.
