Union Leave Bank. The union will have a bank of leave with pay for union business. The bank shall accrue forty hours of leave per calendar year. The Union shall give the Company written notification no less than five (5) working days prior to the leave of absence. This notification shall provide the name(s) of the person(s) involved and the probable start and stop dates of the leave of absence. The union member will be paid if the approved leave of absence is during regular scheduled work hours. The payment of wages will be made in the next scheduled pay cycle immediately following the leave of absence.
