- UNION COMMITTEE & REPRESENTATION. 8.01 The Employer recognizes CAW representatives, as herein provided, as representatives of the employees in all matters pertaining to this agreement, particularly for the purpose of processing grievances, negotiating amendments to or renewals of this agreement and of enforcing bargaining rights of the employees under this collective agreement.
