Union Certification. The Union certifies that it has adopted, implemented, and will maintain procedures in accordance with all applicable statutes, decisions by the courts of competent jurisdiction, and other applicable legal authority.
Union Certification. The Union will certify the amount to be deducted from each Employee’s Paycheck under Section 8.5.1 (Paycheck Withdraw) and the Township will be entitled to rely upon the accuracy of such certification and will not be liable to any Employee by reason of any error in such certification. Union Certification. The Company hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative of the employees covered by this Agreement for the purpose of conducting collective bargaining regarding rates of pay, hours of work and other working conditions; and the Company will continue to recognize the Union as long as the Union retains its right to conduct collective bargaining on behalf of such employees under the law.
