NEGOTIATIONS ONLY WITH UNION. 1.4.1 The District agrees not to meet and negotiate with any classified supervisorial employee organization other than the Teamsters Local Union 150, Food Process Workers, Warehousemen, and Helpers in Sacramento, and Public, Professional and Medical Employees, Affiliated with International Brotherhood of Teamsters, for the duration of this Agreement. Furthermore, the District agrees not to negotiate with any classified supervisorial employee individually during the duration of the Agreement on matters within the scope of negotiations as specified in the Educational Employment Relations Act (Government Code 3540 et seq.).
