Common use of UNINTENTIONAL DISCLOSURE Clause in Contracts

UNINTENTIONAL DISCLOSURE. Notwithstanding anything contained herein in to the contrary, in the event that the Company is unintentionally exposed to any Confidential Information of the City, the Company agrees that it shall not, directly or indirectly, disclose, divulge, reveal, report or transfer such Confidential Information to any person or entity or use such Confidential Information for any purpose whatsoever.
