UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT Section 1. The City shall provide and replace sufficient uniforms for uniformed employees where uniforms are required.
SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES 20.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages by direct deposit bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement.

PAY AND ALLOWANCES 6.1. UNIFORMS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT 23.1 Uniforms The Employer may require employees to wear uniforms. Where required, the Employer will determine and provide the uniform or an equivalent clothing allowance. The Employer will follow their policy regarding the provision and maintenance of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear. The cost of normal wear and tear and loss of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear due to workplace conditions is the responsibility of the Employer.
UNIFORMS AND TOOLS The Employer agrees to furnish and supply all its employees, without cost, laundered aprons and uniforms and such tools as are necessary in the discharge of their work and also service such tools at no cost to the employees.
UNIFORMS AND CLOTHING (a) Each employee shall receive a standard uniform issue as defined in the Vermont State Police Operations Manual, which shall include a dress blouse.
Wages and Allowances The wages contained herein at Clause 7 – Wages Schedules will be in lieu of the wages described in other Appendices of this Agreement but are to be read in conjunction with Clause 4 of this Appendix. The allowances will apply as contained in Appendix A unless mentioned otherwise in this Appendix.
Salary and Allowances A Teacher on part-time assignment shall be paid according to the salary schedule and allowances in this Collective Agreement, pro-rated unless otherwise specified in this agreement.
