Uniformed Service Shared Leave Pool. Purpose In accordance with RCW 41.04.685 et seq., the uniformed service shared leave pool allows state employees to donate leave to be used as shared leave to fellow state employees called to service in the uniformed services. Employee participation will be voluntary at all times. The Military Department, Department of Personnel and Office of Financial Management administer the pool.
