Undisclosed Terms. The United States and defendant acknowledge and agree that the above-stated terms and conditions, together with any written supplemental agreement that might be presented to the Court in camera, constitute the entire plea agreement between the parties, and that any other terms and conditions not expressly set forth in this agreement or any written supplemental agreement do not constitute any part of the parties’ agreement and will not be enforceable against either party.

Undisclosed Terms. At the time a Club and a player enter into any AFL Player Contract, or any renegotiation, extension or amendment of an AFL Player Contract, there shall be no undisclosed agreements of any kind, express or implied, oral or written, or promis es, undertakings, representations, commitments, inducements, assurances of intent, or understandings of any kind, between such player and any Club involving consideration of any kind to be paid, furnished or made available or guaranteed to the player, or Player Affiliate, by the Club or Club Affiliate either during the term of the AFL Player Contract or thereafter.
