Common use of Unconditional Guaranty of Payment Clause in Contracts

Unconditional Guaranty of Payment. In consideration of the foregoing, Guarantor hereby irrevocably, absolutely and unconditionally guarantees to Bank the prompt and complete payment and performance when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) of all Obligations. Guarantor agrees that it shall execute such other documents or agreements and take such action as Bank shall reasonably request to effect the purposes of this Guaranty.

Unconditional Guaranty of Payment. In consideration of the foregoing, Guarantor hereby irrevocably, absolutely and unconditionally guarantees to Bank Lenders the prompt and complete payment and performance when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) of all Obligations. Guarantor agrees that it shall execute such other documents or agreements and take such action as Bank shall reasonably request to effect the purposes of this Guaranty.

Unconditional Guaranty of Payment. In consideration of the foregoing, Guarantor hereby irrevocably, absolutely and unconditionally guarantees to Bank Investor the prompt and complete payment and performance when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) of all principal, interest and other amounts under the Note (collectively, the “Obligations”). Guarantor agrees that it shall execute such other documents or agreements and take such action as Bank Investor shall reasonably request to effect the purposes of this Guaranty.

In consideration of the foregoing, Guarantor hereby irrevocably, absolutely and unconditionally guarantees to Bank the prompt and complete payment and performance when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) of all Obligations. Guarantor agrees that it shall execute such other documents or agreements and take such action as Bank shall reasonably request to effect the purposes of this Guaranty. If there is more than one Guarantor hereunder, such Guarantors shall be jointly and severally obligated for the such guarantees provided for herein.

Guarantor agrees that it shall execute such other documents or agreements and take such action as Bank Agent shall reasonably request to effect the purposes of this Guaranty.

In consideration of the foregoing, Guarantor hereby irrevocably, absolutely and unconditionally guarantees to Bank Lender the prompt and complete payment and performance when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) of all Obligations. Guarantor agrees that it shall execute such other documents or agreements and take such action as Bank Lender shall reasonably request to effect the purposes of this Guaranty.

In consideration of the foregoing, each Guarantor hereby irrevocably, absolutely absolutely, unconditionally, jointly and unconditionally severally guarantees to Bank the prompt and complete payment and performance when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) of all Obligations. Each Guarantor agrees that it shall execute such other documents or agreements and take such action as Bank shall reasonably request to effect the purposes of this Guaranty.

Guarantor agrees that it shall execute such other documents or agreements and take such action as Bank Agent and any Lender shall reasonably request to effect the purposes of this Guaranty. The obligations of Guarantor hereunder shall not be limited or otherwise affected whatsoever by Section 5.10 of the Loan Agreement.

Unconditional Guaranty of Payment. In consideration of the foregoing, Guarantor hereby irrevocably, absolutely and unconditionally guarantees to Bank Lenders, the prompt and complete payment and performance when due (whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise) of all Obligations. The liability of Guarantor under this Guaranty is unlimited and extends to the full amount of the Obligations. Guarantor agrees that it shall execute such other documents or agreements and take such action as Bank Lenders shall reasonably request to effect the purposes of this Guaranty.
