Umbrella or Excess Liability Insurance. This policy shall be written on a “following form” basis and shall provide coverage in excess of the coverages required to be provided by Contractor for employer’s liability insurance, commercial general liability insurance, maritime employer’s liability insurance, aircraft liability insurance and commercial automobile liability insurance. The aggregate limit shall apply separately to each annual policy period, except for the products and completed operations coverage, which shall be a Project aggregate.
