Two categories are available: • Coexistence: the robot and the user work alternately in the same workspace. • Collaboration: the robot and the user work on the same task at the same time in the same workspace.

  • Type of Account The Financial Institution agrees that each Collateral Account is, and will be maintained as, either (a) a “securities account” (as defined in Section 8-501 of the UCC) or (b) a “deposit account” (as defined in Section 9-102(a)(29) of the UCC).

  • Type of Loans Subject to Section 2.12, each Borrowing shall be comprised entirely of ABR Loans or Eurodollar Loans as the Borrower may request in accordance herewith. Each Lender at its option may make any Eurodollar Loan by causing any domestic or foreign branch or Affiliate of such Lender to make such Loan; provided that any exercise of such option shall not affect the obligation of the Borrower to repay such Loan in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Designation of a Different Lending Office If any Lender requests compensation under Section 3.04, or the Borrower is required to pay any additional amount to any Lender or any Governmental Authority for the account of any Lender pursuant to Section 3.01, or if any Lender gives a notice pursuant to Section 3.02, then such Lender shall use reasonable efforts to designate a different Lending Office for funding or booking its Loans hereunder or to assign its rights and obligations hereunder to another of its offices, branches or affiliates, if, in the judgment of such Lender, such designation or assignment (i) would eliminate or reduce amounts payable pursuant to Section 3.01 or 3.04, as the case may be, in the future, or eliminate the need for the notice pursuant to Section 3.02, as applicable, and (ii) in each case, would not subject such Lender to any unreimbursed cost or expense and would not otherwise be disadvantageous to such Lender. The Borrower hereby agrees to pay all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by any Lender in connection with any such designation or assignment.

  • Application of Voluntary Prepayments by Type of Loans Any prepayment of any Loan pursuant to Section 2.13(a) shall be applied as specified by Borrower in the applicable notice of prepayment; provided, in the event Borrower fails to specify the Loans to which any such prepayment shall be applied, such prepayment shall be applied as follows:

  • Number of Hours enter the total number of hours worked during the report period by the Employees in the employment category. Amount Payable under the Contract: enter the total amount paid by the State to the State Contractor under the Contract, for work by the Employees in the employment category, for services provided during the report period.
