Common use of Turnarounds Clause in Contracts

Turnarounds. During the course of a project the work schedule will be as established by the Employer in an effort to provide the employees with a reasonable amount of time off. If time and cost reimbursement is applicable it will be subject to agreement by the Employer and Union. The cost of public transportation will be the guideline. 12.05 For selected projects with peculiar geographic circumstances, the Employer may establish alternative or amended policies for transportation, travel and room and board. Such alternative or amended policies will be established for the duration of the project and will require the mutual agreement of the Employer and the Union.
