DISPATCH, UNION REFERRALS AND HIRING PROCEDURES. Section 1. Contractors shall use the dispatch resources or procedures of the signatory Unions to acquire workers, unless otherwise required by this SCWA. There shall be no discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of their membership or non- membership in the union or based upon race, creed, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or national origin of such employee or applicant.
