Common use of Turnarounds Clause in Contracts

Turnarounds. During the course of a project the work schedule may provide for turnaround periods to allow employees reasonable time off. This time and cost reimbursement will be subject to agreement by the Employer and Union at the pre-job conference. For selected job sites with peculiar geographic circumstances, the Employer and the Union, by mutual agreement may establish alternative or amended policies for transportation, travel and accommodation. Such alternative or amended policies will be established for the duration of the job site and will be put into writing and signed by a representative of the Employer and the Union.
