Common use of Tuition Program Clause in Contracts

Tuition Program. 19.01 For all full-time employees who have completed their probationary period the Employer will make available a tuition reimbursement program. Upon approval by the Employer, this program will reimburse the cost of tuition and books for educational certificates, designations and degrees which are job related. These costs will be reimbursed upon proof of successful completion of the course.
