Truth-In-Negotiation Representation. Contractor’s compensation under this Agreement is based upon its representations to County, and Contractor certifies that the wage rates, factual unit costs, and other information supplied to substantiate Contractor’s compensation, including without limitation those made by Contractor during the negotiation of this Agreement, are accurate, complete, and current as of the date Contractor executes this Agreement. Contractor’s compensation will be reduced to exclude any significant sums by which the contract price was increased due to inaccurate, incomplete, or noncurrent wage rates and other factual unit costs.
