Trimming. Arboreal trees shall be trimmed once every winter. Shrubs shall be trimmed once during the growing season and in the winter, respectively. The green h▇▇▇▇▇ and color lumps shall be trimmed once before the Labor Day, before the National Day, and in the winter, respectively. Cool-season lawns shall be trimmed at least once or twice per month, depending on the growth, during the growing season and at least 12 times per year.
