Trimming. The Contractor shall trim grass around trees, shrubs, cultivated areas, sprinkler heads, valves, fences, buildings, poles, and structures, so that grass height does not exceed the height of the adjacent grass.
Trimming. Supplier shall use a string trimmer around trees, fences, fire hydrants, buildings, signs, walkways, roadway edges, driveways, curbs, etc. on a weekly basis. Clippings shall be either vacuumed or blown off all hard surfaces, and removed from premises when completed.
Trimming. Franchisee shall have the authority to trim trees upon and overhanging all streets, alleys, public utility easements, sidewalks and public places to prevent the branches of such trees from coming into contact with Communication Facilities. Except when an emergency dictates such work, Franchisee shall provide notice to City and to any property owner before commencing such work.
Trimming. All fixed and immovable objects (with particular attention given to cemetery headstones and monuments) and sidewalks shall be trimmed around and/or edged each time the grass is mowed or as otherwise specified.

Trimming. All areas indicated at the site form part of this contract, the grass against the perimeter fence as well as around buildings, manholes, paths, concrete or brick structure, flower beds etc. is to be trimmed and shall be considered as part of the grass cutting operation.

The green hxxxxx and color lumps shall be trimmed once before the Labor Day, before the National Day, and in the winter, respectively. Cool-season lawns shall be trimmed at least once or twice per month, depending on the growth, during the growing season and at least 12 times per year.
Trimming. Shrubbery shall be trimmed and shaped according to industry standards, which varies by species, to encourage healthy growth habits. Shrubbery shall be trimmed back from electrical cabinets, doorways, gateways, walkways, fences and property lines so that an unobstructed access is always maintained. All brush shall be removed from at least five (5) feet from any boundary fence. Shrubs and brush shall be trimmed to maintain a minimum six (6) foot clearance from any structure.
Trimming. All irrigated turf areas shall be trimmed after each mowing to provide a well-groomed appearance. This shall include all fence lines and vertical elements.
Trimming. All trimming in a mowed area must be done upon completion of mowing in the area.
