Common use of Tribal Opioid Abatement Reporting Clause in Contracts

Tribal Opioid Abatement Reporting. (a) Within one hundred and twenty (120) days following the end of each calendar year, the Directors shall (i) cause to be prepared and delivered to each of the Xxxxxxx Settlement Trust and Xxxxxxx an annual report on the Approved Tribal Opioid Abatement Uses with respect to such period, together with such additional information as the Directors determine necessary or appropriate in their discretion (each, a “Tribal Opioid Abatement Report”), and (ii) post a copy of the Tribal Opioid Abatement Report on the Tribal Opioid Settlement Website.
