TRIAL PERIOD IN ALTERNATIVE EMPLOYMENT. 9.1 An employee shall be granted a trial period of up to 6 months in any alternative employment during or at the completion of which the employee may elect to resign if that employment is not suitable, in which case the employee shall receive the entitlements provided by Clause 12.
