Failure of Licensee to satisfy the financial obligations of this License Agreement may result in any one or a combination of the following: • Revocation or termination of the License Agreement • Removal from the Licensed Space • Legal action to collect unpaid obligations. • California Income Tax Off-set • Legal action to enforce Licensee’s financial obligations
