Treatment of Audit Findings. 7.1 Compliance with this Protocol does not preclude civil or criminal liability for any Findings. However, it is the intent of the Parties to provide Tyson Poultry, acting in good faith, with reasonable opportunity to identify and correct Findings pursuant to this Protocol without the need for further enforcement action. Thus, the United States, including EPA, will consider the Audit Reports, including any Findings, to be submitted in accordance with Incentives for Self-Policing: Discovery, Disclosure, Correction and Prevention of Violations, 65 Fed. Reg. 19618 (April 11, 2000), as amended.

  • Audit Findings Vendor shall implement any required safeguards as identified by Citizens or by any audit of Vendor’s privacy and security controls.

  • Scope of Audit Customer shall provide at least sixty days advance notice of any audit unless mandatory Data Protection Law or a competent data protection authority requires shorter notice. The frequency and scope of any audits shall be mutually agreed between the parties acting reasonably and in good faith. Customer audits shall be limited in time to a maximum of three business days. Beyond such restrictions, the parties will use current certifications or other audit reports to avoid or minimize repetitive audits. Customer shall provide the results of any audit to SAP.

  • Appointment of auditors 33.2.1 The Concessionaire shall appoint, and have during the subsistence of this Agreement as its Statutory Auditors, a firm chosen by it from the mutually agreed list of 10 (ten) reputable firms of chartered accountants (the “Panel of Chartered Accountants”), such list to be prepared substantially in accordance with the criteria set forth in Schedule-T. All fees and expenses of the Statutory Auditors shall be borne by the Concessionaire.

  • Cost of Audits Customer shall bear the costs of any audit unless such audit reveals a material breach by SAP of this DPA, then SAP shall bear its own expenses of an audit. If an audit determines that SAP has breached its obligations under the DPA, SAP will promptly remedy the breach at its own cost.

Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.
