TRAVEL FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES. Employees will be expected to travel to the RTS location at ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ for medical appointments such as 19-A Physicals, follow-up appointments and return to work physicals. Employees required by the Employer to travel to the above RTS location for such medical appointments will be compensated for three (3) hours pay at their base straight time hourly rate.

In the event the medical appointment exceeds one (1) hour in duration from the scheduled start time (or the time the employee is present for the appointment, if he or she is late), the employee will also be paid their base straight time hourly rate for all time at the medical appointment exceeds one (1) hour.
