Common use of Travel and Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Travel and Accommodation. (a) When an Employee is required to work on daily locations outside the Studio Zone, the call will originate at the edge of the Studio Zone. Travel time from a location to the edge of the Studio Zone shall be paid at the rate in use and effect during the last hour of work at the location, but the hourly rate for travel time shall not exceed two times (2x) the basic hourly rate, unless a meal penalty is incurred during the travel time. If a meal penalty is incurred, Article Twelve shall apply.
