Common use of Travel Advisories Clause in Contracts

Travel Advisories. The performance of this Agreement is subject to travel advisories issued by the U.S. State Department. In the event that the U.S. State Department places any country that the Program participants travel through or to on a travel alert or travel watch, FIU may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Program and require that the Program participants immediately return to the United States.
