Transportation System Insurance. All insurance in respect of the Transportation System, including third Party risks, shall be the responsibility of the Transporter and the Transporter shall arrange for any such insurances to include a waiver of subrogation rights against the Shipper so that the insurers may not make any claim which the Transporter is prevented from making hereunder.
