Transportation Facilities. Every effort will be made to equip transportation compounds, whether temporary or permanent, with sanitary, water and waste disposal facilities and paper products. Facilities shall be maintained to ensure proper health and hygiene. If sanitary, water, waste disposal or paper products are not available at the compound, bus employees will be notified as to the location of the facilities to be used.
