Mode Split Sample Clauses

Mode Split. LSA will develop and implement a simplified mode split procedure using a methodology to be determined as part of Subtask 5. 1.1. Due to an expected lack of data for mode split model development, the model will be validated to CTPP data indicating home to work travel mode. The mode split procedure will not be sensitive to detailed route characteristics, but will be sensitive to the presence of or absence of fixed route transit service. A processor will be implemented to increase or decrease intrazonal non-motorized trip capture based on development density, diversity and design.
