Transportation Arrangements (General. 2.1 Each Operator considers that the provisions on Nominations and Renominations in its Transportation Arrangements will, at the Amendment Effective Date or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, be consistent with this Annex E, and in particular that this Annex E accurately describes how National Grid Gas Shippers and IUK Shippers are required to submit Nominations and Renominations in accordance with the Transportation Arrangements.
