Transmission Service Implications Clause Samples
Transmission Service Implications. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Generating Facility to any particular load on the ISO Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the ISO Grid, Interconnection Customer's Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the ISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources. The Interconnection Customer shall be solely responsible for completing all of the necessary arrangements required under the ISO Tariff to be eligible to schedule the output of its resource.

Transmission Service Implications. Under Energy Resource Interconnection Service, Customer shall be eligible to inject power from the Generating Facility across the Point of Interconnection and to Grant PUD's Transmission System on an as available basis up to the amount of MWs identified in the applicable transient and voltage stability and steady state studies as performed by, or on behalf of, Grant PUD to the extent the upgrades initially required to qualify for Energy Resource Interconnection Service have been constructed and energized.
Transmission Service Implications. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO ControlledISO Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO ControlledISO Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISOISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources. The Interconnection Customer shall be solely responsible for completing all of the necessary arrangements required under the ISO Tariff to be eligible to schedule the output of its resource.
Transmission Service Implications. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Generating Facility to any particular load or resource on the CAISO Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Grid, Interconnection Customer's Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources. Interconnection Customer shall be solely responsible for completing all of the necessary arrangements required under the CAISO Tariff to be eligible to schedule the output of its resource.
Transmission Service Implications. Under Energy Resource Interconnection Service, Interconnection Customer will be eligible to inject power from the Large Generating Facility into and deliver power across the interconnecting Transmission Provider's Transmission System on an "as available" basis up to the amount of MWs identified in the applicable stability and steady state studies to the extent the upgrades initially required to qualify for Energy Resource Interconnection Service have been constructed. Under the terms and conditions of this LGIA, no Transmission Service from the Large Generating Facility into or across Transmission Provider’s Transmission System is being offered. Interconnection Customer may obtain Point-to-Point Transmission Service, pursuant to Transmission Provider's Tariff, up to the maximum output identified in the stability and steady state studies. In those instances, in order for Interconnection Customer to obtain the right to deliver or inject energy beyond the Large Generating Facility Point of Interconnection or to improve its ability to do so, Transmission Service must be obtained pursuant to the provisions of Transmission Provider's Tariff. The Interconnection Customer's ability to inject its Large Generating Facility output beyond the Point of Interconnection, therefore, will depend on the existing capacity of Transmission Provider's Transmission System at such time as a Transmission Service request is made that would accommodate such delivery. The provision of firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service may require the construction of additional Network Upgrades.
