Common use of Transmission Service Implications Clause in Contracts

Transmission Service Implications. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Generating Facility to any particular load on the ISO Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the ISO Grid, Interconnection Customer's Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the ISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources. The Interconnection Customer shall be solely responsible for completing all of the necessary arrangements required under the ISO Tariff to be eligible to schedule the output of its resource.
