Common use of Transitional Provisions Clause in Contracts

Transitional Provisions. 15.1. As from the official date of entry into force of Supplement 3 to the Regulation, no Contracting Party applying this Regulation shall refuse to grant ECE approval under this Regulation as amended by Supplement 3. 15.2. As from 24 months after the date of entry into force of Supplement 3 to the Regulation, Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall grant ECE approvals only if the type of side-marker lamp to be approved meets the requirements of this Regulation as amended by Supplement 3. 15.3. Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall not refuse to grant extensions of approval to this Regulation in its original form and the subsequent supplements. 15.4. Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall continue to grant approvals to those types of side-marker lamps which comply with the requirements of this Regulation in its original form and the subsequent supplements during the 12 months period which follows the date of entry into force of Supplement 3 to this Regulation. 15.5. ECE approvals granted under this Regulation earlier than 12 months after the date of entry into force and all extensions of approvals, including those to this Regulation in its original form and the subsequent supplements granted subsequently, shall remain valid indefinitely. When the type of side-marker lamp approved to this Regulation in its original form and the subsequent supplements meets the requirements of this Regulation as amended by Supplement 3, the Contracting Party which granted the approval shall notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation thereof.

As from 24 months after the date of entry into force of Supplement 3 to the Regulationforce, Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall grant ECE approvals only if the type of side-marker parking lamp to be approved meets the requirements of this Regulation as amended by Supplement 35. 15.316.3. Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall not refuse to grant extensions of approval to this Regulation in its original form and the subsequent supplements. 15.416.4. Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall continue to grant approvals to those types of side-marker lamps parking lamp which comply with the requirements of this Regulation in its original form and the subsequent supplements during the 12 months period which follows the date of entry into force of Supplement 3 5 to this the Regulation. 15.516.5. ECE approvals granted under this Regulation earlier than 12 months after the date of entry into force and all extensions of approvals, including those to this Regulation in its original form and the subsequent supplements granted subsequently, shall remain valid indefinitely. When the type of side-marker parking lamp approved to this Regulation in its original form and the subsequent supplements meets the requirements of this Regulation as amended by Supplement 35, the Contracting Party which granted the approval shall notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation thereof.

As from 24 months after the date of entry into force of Supplement 3 to the Regulation4, Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall grant ECE approvals only if the type of side-marker lamp special warning lamps to be approved meets the requirements of this Regulation as amended by Supplement 3amended. 15.313.3. Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall not refuse to grant extensions of approval to a preceding version of this Regulation, up to Supplement 3. 13.4. Approvals granted under this Regulation in its original form and the subsequent supplements. 15.4. Contracting Parties applying this Regulation shall continue to grant approvals to those types of side-marker lamps which comply with the requirements of this Regulation in its original form and the subsequent supplements during the 12 earlier than 24 months period which follows after the date of entry into force of Supplement 3 to this Regulation. 15.5. ECE approvals granted under this Regulation earlier than 12 months after the date of entry into force 4 and all extensions of approvals, including those to this Regulation in its original form and the subsequent supplements granted subsequently, shall remain valid indefinitely. When the type of side-marker lamp special warning lamps approved to this a preceding version of the Regulation in up to its original form and the subsequent supplements Supplement 3 meets the requirements of this Regulation as amended by Supplement 34, the Contracting Party which granted the approval shall notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation thereof.
