Common use of Transition to Next Contractor Clause in Contracts

Transition to Next Contractor. If the transition of services to another contractor occurs through expiration of Term, default and termination, or otherwise, Contractor will cooperate with CCCSWA and subsequent contractor(s) to assist in an orderly transition that will include Contractor providing route lists and detailed account and Billing information. Contractor may, but is not obligated, to sell its Collection vehicles, equipment, or Containers to the next contractor.
